Return and Refund Policy for Secure the Connection

General Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival and remains in its original packaging with the foil seal intact. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at info@securetheconnection.com, including photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence is required to facilitate this process.
Note: If the damage or defect is caused by the supplier or shipping, we will cover return shipping costs and ensure you are refunded the full amount, including shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for any reason other than a supplier error or shipment damage.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.
Pre-Orders and International Orders
All international orders are currently pre-orders.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

This ensures we can maintain inventory and shipping costs while guaranteeing that reserved items are delivered to customers who committed to the batch.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Shipping costs for returns caused by reasons other than a supplier or shipping error are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
